Imagine No Malaria

Imagine No Malaria is the United Methodist Church initiative to eradicate malaria in Africa. Unlike many other diseases that are awaiting a cure, malaria was eliminated in the U.S. in the 1950s. However, in Sub-Saharan Africa, malaria continues to kill a person every 60 seconds. But there is hope! Imagine No Malaria is part of a global partnership and together with other partners, our generation can beat malaria once and for all.

Love Pantry

Spring of Life Church community lovingly raised money to sponsor a Love Pantry in 2 of our local schools. When a teacher identifies a student in need, the family can be provided with food from the Love Pantry. Our kids will learn better and sleep better at night when they don’t have to worry about food. This program has had a very positive impact on families in need. The schools are also looking for donations to support these families outside of what the Love Pantry can offer. If you are interested in supplying other items such as canned meats or crackers, please bring to the church and place in the Love Pantry donation box.

Ronald McDonald House

Here’s how easy it is to make a difference in the lives of the families who turn to the Ronald McDonald House program during a child’s medical crisis: Pop off tabs from your aluminum beverage and soda cans. Save them. Deposit in container in back of sanctuary. Once the pop tabs are collected, they are taken to be recycled in exchange for dollars, which support the children and families served.
